Retail Orders

Returns Eligibility

Retail customers may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to fragrances, personal care products, and consumables once opened.


Non-Returnable Items

The following retail items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Fragrances or personal care items that have been opened
  • Food items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your retail order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


Wholesale Orders

Final Sale Policy

All wholesale orders are final sale. Returns or refunds are not accepted for wholesale purchases except in cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation such as photos and order details will be required. Approved claims may result in a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

To request a return or report an issue:

  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Wholesale freight or shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
